Sussex Home Sales believes that is is possible to find affordable homes to rent or buy - even in Sussex.

On this website we aim to introduce people are looking for properties to those who need to rent out their homes, or sell it. Sussex Home Sales does not take a commission on the sale or rent. The first ten properties will be listed for free. After that you will pay a small fee to get your property listed on the site. We will leave the property on there for up to one year, unless you ask us to remove it.

Where are the properties on the site?
Answer: We have yet to list the first property.

This site went live on the 5th April 2010, and it has taken a little while to get going. We are ready to list the properties though. Please contact us if you have a flat to sell - or rent. We are happy to put it on. Remember - the first ten properties will be listed FREE OF CHARGE.

How much will it cost to get my flat on the site?
Answer: NOTHING! The first ten homes will be listed for absolutely nothing.

After the first ten homes have gone onte the site we will confirm the price for the listings. Our fees will depend on demand, and the visitors numbers. The good news is that the first ten properties will be listed absolutely FREE OF CHARGE!
